Your Community Accelerator Core Teamwill commit to:

Peer Learning Forums: Participate in at least 50% of the pre-scheduled Peer Learning Forums (to be held no more than once per month). *approximately 9-12 hours over 1 year.

In-Person Community Accelerator Team Meetings: Send at least three representatives to participate in three In-Person Community Accelerator Meetings *approximately 3 one-day sessions over 1 year.

In-Person Community Action Visit: Plan, host, and provide feedback on an In-Person Action Visit. *approximately 1 day.

Community Toolkit: View and provide feedback on the Community Toolkit website as requested., *estimated to take less than 2 hours.

Share Progress: Connect with other Community Learning Partners through the avenues available (for instance, Basecamp discussion forum, peer learning forums, in-person meetings, or good old phone calls). Provide a monthly written report of your groups activities and accomplishments.

Apply Lessons Learned: Apply what is learned during the accelerator in your community and report results back to your Coach.

Provide Feedback: Give feedback & suggestions to Coaches about how to improve the Community Accelerator program.
